Works like featured page 1. You can choose which page and what side (left/right) the image is on in appearance -> customize -> theme options -> front featured page 2. The colored background is automatic.
The “staff” section is set in “appearance -> customize -> theme options -> front featured page 3” since we are not using it you can just leave empty.
